During the Symposium Parenting in the Arts, artists, institutions, policy makers, cultural workers and local professionals are brought together - to ask the hard questions and build the tools we need for a more inclusive, supportive and equitable art world. Through keynote speeches by Hettie Judah and Sascia Bailer, a panel discussion and hands-on workshops, we will explore ways to reimagine the structures that so often exclude artist parents. We want to advocate for a future where no one is asked to choose between creativity and care.
